All sales with SoGoodCo are final. In the event of an error, a return or exchange may be possible, but the cost of shipping lies on the consumer. Please Contact Us regarding any refunds or returns/exchanges within ten business days of receiving your order. If you realize you ordered the wrong item and just sent payment, CONTACT US right away and if your order has not yet shipped, we will gladly fix your order and make everything SoGood.
Purchased items are determined nonreturnable if worn, tags have been removed, or have sustained damage by the customer.As all orders are thoroughly inspected for perfection before packaging, therefore we are not liable for lost, damaged, and/or stolen items. Please contact your shipping provider.
SoGoodCo ships with the USPS or FedEx, depending on the size and nature of the package. Please allow five to ten business days for shipping. Your shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your package. Please make sure someone will be available to sign for your package for express orders and orders valued greater than one hundred fifty dollars, otherwise your order may be returned to us and further delays and additional shipping & handling expenses may be applied.
